So, as most of us are all aware (unless you live under a rock)...the VMA's (Video Music Awards) was broad casted LIVE this past Monday on MTV ... the talk, tweet, and post of the whole evening were blasted on all social media platforms. Like...even if you don't have Cable (basic even) due to the high volume of social media posts, you would still be clued in to whats going on and whose rocking what on the red carpet. Our faithful tweeters and posters were on point last night with petty posts and clap-backs...and oh lets not forget the photos of the nights best and worse dressed too! And of course the morning after recaps of all that went on. 

Ya'll already know I was there for the music yeah...buuuut mostly for the Fashion honey...who wore what and why!

...and let's be real...there were seriously some hits and misses last night and i will be unraveling that in just a bit.

So of course while everyone was waiting to see who was performing and who won what, i was too busy awaiting the red carpet appearances to see the fashion. 

You already know i was here for it all...

so lets get to it...

Fashion Fellatios Top 21 Best & Worse Dressed:

Rita Orta - she gets my vote for being sexy af...yasss queen 

DJ Khaled and Family drenched and drippin' in Versace (of course) i think its overdone and corny, buuuuut it def. works for this family...no shade lol

SZA looked so beautiful (she always does) but her hair was on deflate (compared to the big hair I'm used to seeing) and she was serving melanated elegance.

Nicki Minaj ...I'm not even gonna lie i was definitely feeling this nude and tull ensemble it was super cute (unlike her attitude)... 

Amandla Stenberg looked ready for fall with her floral print over nude and brown tones. Very mod and chic yet still very stylish and on trend. 

Winnie Harlow this beautiful model was gorgeous showing us skin and tons of leg. She actually had 2 outfit changes and they both were glamorous which is fitting for her, a true model of beauty.

Cardi B, yassss love she was looking hella grown in this crush velvet off the shoulder thigh high split dress. Showing us that mami's can get it too.

Jennifer Lopez, was shinning in this metallic number as she should be because she was the star for the night, feast your eyes on this whole entree booboo.

Amber Rose...I'm just like sooooo what were you going for here, like this is not the SlutWalk or the BET ratchet ass awards. I get wanting to stand out and making a statement buuuut this was ridiculous, and i care not of what the back story was to this bad decision.

Iggy Azalea, like for one pictures say a thousand words, and this pic right here is just screaming "help me!", like her face and body language looks completely uncomfortable and unhappy. Maybe it was the asymmetrical skirt or maybe it's just the whole damn fit, like i totally hated it and  i think Iggy did too...I'm just sayin' 

Camila Cabello looked like a Disney Princess rockin' an Oscar de la Renta ball gown she was winning last night in both categories...music and style!

Chloe & Halle the two Queens gradually taking over Hollywood with their talent. The two looked absolutely stunning last night at the VMAs complimenting each other with sophisticated glamor and style.

Madonna...I'm like on the fence about this mostly because i expect outrageous and avant garde outfits from this legend, however her Aretha Franklin tribute left a sour taste in my mouth which carried over to my overall view of her outfit of choice...ugghh... Madonna get yo life sis

Amber Rose and Blac Chyna tried it...

OITNB cast member Dascha Polanco in this gloomy lace and beading vintage inspired dress was not the tea for me, buuut what do i know I'm just a STYLIST ...

Shay Mitchell,  was not doing it for me on the pink carpet she was serving early 2000s vibes with the wet slick back hair and plunging neckline...for me it did nada

Bebe Rexha.. nope i wasn't feeling this either. I just felt like anyone could have bought this off of FashionNova or Wish even. It looked dated and basic and although metallic is totally in this upcoming season, it was not in for miss BeBe, #myopinionmatters lol

Tana Mongeau giving me modern day Romeo + Juliet vibes i absolutely loved this look. Very sweet and soft accompanied by the rocker side. The exaggerated sleeves alongside the mini black dress, super cute.

Kim Petra's ... was to me the worse dressed last night. I'm sorry not sorry, those white tights and zebra print dress. This look looks thrown together and cheap af like a dress from the clearance rack at Rainbows. Sis you shoulda done better...it is the VMA's for Christ sake lol

Hennessy looks great I'm loving this whole fit, she's servin' me 90s sexy 

...and she better ...she is Cardi B's lil sis

Teyana Taylor, her body ody is everything, however i give her 50% love it and 50% hate it, mostly because this is just a tomb raider version of her outfit last year at the 2017 VMAs, but she still cute tho. Team #TT lol
